During our daily surf trips through the worldwide web, we always come across exciting topics and personalities. Like Valentina from Austria.

What is so special about her? Well, she’s 25 years old, has been a proud mom for some time now, and is a gamer with a lot of love for the Pokémon franchise and all its games. She actively tweets, has a YouTube and a Twitch channel and now also a “Master of Arts” degree, which she earned in the last three years at the University of Passau, Germany.

 

 

For this, Valentina submitted her master’s thesis titled “It’s dangerous in the tall grass – nature vs. culture in Pokémon games”. Clearly, we think this is pretty cool. Just like many other gamers and fans of the Pokémon universe. Some can’t believe, following the tweets and reactions on her Twitter channel, that Valentina actually made Pokémon the topic of her thesis.

 

 

Others of her followers, on the other hand, just find it completely normal and are happy for her. Valentina doesn’t want to publish her work (yet), although the feedback and interest is very positive and really big. But what is not, can still become.
