E3 2022 has been completely canceled

Back in January, it was announced that the E3 games trade show would once again not take place in physical form this year.

Instead, there was to be another digital event to offer the global games community a stage. But this event will not take place this year either, as was announced yesterday. The rumors of recent weeks have thus come true, because according to IGN, the E3 2022 has been officially canceled, there will also be no online event.

The last “normal” E3 was in June 2019 – the 2020 event was cancelled due to the Corona pandemic, and in2021 there was only an online event, as was planned for this year. Unfortunately, it is currently uncertain what will happen with E3 in the future. We hope for the best and that this great and important event will not disappear.
