Amazon’s cloud gaming service Luna is now also available in Germany and UK.
Amazon Luna streams games to various devices, and a small selection of games is available to Prime customers free of charge.
Those who miss Google Stadia may now find an alternative in Amazon Luna. The official launch of Luna in Germany took place today. For Prime customers, there are currently a handful of games that change monthly. The complete Luna offer is available from the Luna+ subscription for around 10 euros per month. This then also includes current games of various genres. For additional money, there is also access to Ubisoft’s games catalogue.
According to Amazon, Amazon Luna can be accessed via Windows PCs, Macs, Fire TVs, Fire tablets, Chromebooks, iPhones, iPads and Android smartphones. The games can not only be controlled with a separately sold Luna controller (just under 70 Euros) via the WLAN, but also alternatively via Bluetooth or USB, for example with an Xbox One or Playstation 4 controller or with a mouse and keyboard.
The Luna controller app on the smartphone offers further control options.
