Bully 2: There probably won’t be a release anytime soon.

Just recently, we wrote about a rather spontaneous release of Bully 2 from Rockstar Games on our new agency blog, but it didn’t happen after all.

There have been a lot of rumors about a sequel to Rockstar’s Bully for years. A playable pre-release version is said to have already appeared among various insiders, and there have been repeated tweets from credible personalities who have predicted a release. As one of these insiders reported at the time, Rockstar originally planned to unveil Bully 2 even during the Game Awards, which took place in December 2021, which would have ensured a lot of attention. However, nothing happened.

However, fans of the game and some gaming media didn’t want to give up hope on a sequel and suspected an imminent release in 2022, only to have to announce on New Year’s Eve 2021 that Rockstar Games seems to have either put Bully 2 on hold or canceled it altogether.

We will stay tuned and inform you if Rockstar Games decides to release the game after all.
