Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is the next big thing from Ubisoft, based on the successful film series by James Cameron.
The game has only been partially officially unveiled so far and not much information about the gameplay is known yet. However, reliable leaker ScriptLeaksR6 has released some new information about the game via Twitter.
According to ScriptLeaksR6, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora will include an online co-op component. What exactly this co-op mode will look like and how extensive it will be is still unclear. The leaker was not able to provide any further information on this.
ScriptLeaksR6 also announced that the game will include a Season Pass or “Welcome Pass” as well as currency packs. A focus of the game will be on collecting and upgrading equipment and weapons, as well as customising your character with cosmetic items. The gameplay will take two different forms: Once as a human with modern weapons and once as a Na’vi with older weapons such as a bow and spear.
It remains to be seen exactly what Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora will look like and how well the online co-op component will work. We will of course report on further developments and official information about the game.
